Suggested usage
Take 1-3ml (with enclosed measuring spoon) daily, preferably with a meal. Can be taken with water or juice to dilute. Do not exceed recommended amount. Shake well before use.

Water, Lecithin (Sunflower), Glycerol, Ethanol ((<4.2)), Co-enzyme Q10 (as Ubiquinone), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Antioxidant (Vitamin E (as D-Alpha Tocopherol)).
