Suggested usage:
As a food supplement, take 1 capsule once daily with a meal, or as directed by a health practitioner or pharmacist. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Bulking Agent (Rice Flour), Capsule Shell (Cellulose), Vitamin D3 (Lanolin as Cholecalciferol), Vitamin C (Ascorbyl Palmitate), Vitamin K2 (Menaquinone-4 MK-4), Anti-caking agent (Silica).

Advisory:
Not suitable for children aged 10 years and younger. Consult healthcare practitioner if pregnant/nursing, taking any anti-coagulant (such as Warfarin) or other medication, or have a medical condition.
