Suggested usage:
As a food supplement, adults only take 1 tablet once daily, or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount.

Ingredients:
Iron (Bisglycinate), Bulking Agent (Rice Flour), Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Anti-caking agents (Stearic Acid (Vegetable Source), Silicon Dioxide).

Not suitable for children. For adults only. Consult a healthcare practitioner if pregnant/nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. This product contains Iron, which if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children. Over 20mg of Iron may cause stomach upset in sensitive individuals.
